Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Welcome to Cellabration. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cellabration website and service (the "Service"), operated by Cierolink LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an event, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Cellabration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an event or a host account. Event guests uploading photos, videos, or voice messages via a QR code are not required to create an account, but by uploading content you confirm you are either 18 or older, or are uploading with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. The Service
Cellabration allows an event host to create an event, share a QR code or link with guests, and collect guest-submitted photos, videos, and voice messages. Content may be automatically screened by AI (see Section 6), reviewed by the host, displayed on a live slideshow, and made available in a gallery, depending on the host's settings.
3. Accounts
Host accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Cellabration account.
4. Free and paid events
Cellabration offers a free tier and a paid tier (a one-time fee per event, currently $49, described at checkout).
- Free events: a limited number of photos, a watermark on the slideshow, guest uploads accepted for up to 1 month after the event date, and content accessible for that same 1-month period.
- Paid events: unlimited uploads, full-resolution original photo storage, the voice guestbook, no watermark, guest uploads accepted for up to 6 months after the event date, and content accessible for 12 months after the event date.
Pricing, included features, and upload/storage windows may change; the terms shown at the time of purchase will apply to that event. Content may be deleted after an event's storage period ends — hosts should download content they wish to keep before the applicable window closes.
5. Host responsibilities
As an event host, you are responsible for:
- Informing your guests, in whatever manner you see fit, that photos, videos, and voice messages they submit may be displayed at your event and stored by Cellabration
- Moderating content submitted to your event, including reviewing anything flagged by our automated screening
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law, including with respect to any minors attending your event
- The accuracy of information you provide about your event
6. Guest-submitted content
By uploading a photo, video, or voice message, you (the person uploading) represent that:
- You have the right to share the content, and, where the content depicts other identifiable people (including minors), that you have appropriate permission to share it in this context
- The content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party
- The content is not sexually explicit, does not depict graphic violence, and does not contain hate speech, harassment, or content promoting illegal activity
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Cellabration and the event host a license to store, display, process (including via automated screening), and make the content available through the event's slideshow, gallery, and dashboard, for the purpose of operating the Service for that event.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or terminate an event or account for repeated or serious violations.
7. AI content screening
Cellabration uses an automated, AI-based system to screen uploaded photos (and associated captions) for content that may be inappropriate for public display before it is shown to other guests or on a venue screen. This screening is a tool to assist moderation and is not guaranteed to catch every instance of inappropriate content, nor is it guaranteed to be free of errors (including incorrectly flagging appropriate content). The event host is responsible for final review of their event's content and retains the ability to override automated decisions.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload content prohibited under Section 6
- Attempt to access another host's event, admin dashboard, or content without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to bypass upload limits, security measures, or automated moderation
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
9. Payments and refunds
Paid events are billed as a one-time charge via Stripe. Refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before your event's start date/time. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the event, or after the event has started, are not eligible. To request a refund, contact us at the email below with your event name and the email or Google account used to create it. Payment processing itself is handled by Stripe; please refer to Stripe's own terms for payment-specific issues.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we've built the Service to remain functional under poor network conditions and to avoid data loss, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for content lost due to factors outside our reasonable control (such as a guest's device or network failure before an upload completes, though the Service is designed to retry and resume automatically where possible).
We do not guarantee that automated content screening will catch all inappropriate content, and hosts should not rely on it as a substitute for their own judgment about their event.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cellabration and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of photos, videos, or other content, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account or event that violates these Terms. Hosts may stop using the Service at any time; certain obligations (such as Section 6's content representations) survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
